Lance & Bridle in Ashland VA
12460 Side Saddle Ln is located in the Lance & Bridle subdivision in Ashland VA, approximately 10 miles north of Richmond. Lance & Bridle is a lovely small neighborhood with a social community of neighbors including a Facebook group page, a book club, a bridge club, happy hour outings, dinners out, and lets not forget the yummy girl scout cookies our neighbor's kiddos sell annually.
Ashland VA is lovingly referred to by locals as 'Center of the Universe' (COTU). Ashland is a small, quiet, adorable train town. Yes... I said train. The center of downtown Ashland surrounds the train tracks where historical charm throughout the downtown area and South Center Street remind me of a Norman Rockwell Saturday Evening Post cover.
